01The agreement
These terms govern your use of raidoconnect.com. They are not the partnership agreement itself — that is a separate document, quoted in writing and signed by both sides before anything is provisioned. Where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
02Who we work with
We review applications from established merchants trading on Stripe, on Whop, or on both. Our published minimum is $10,000 in lifetime processing volume, a dispute rate under 1%, an account in good standing with no active reserve or payout hold, and a registered business with confirmable beneficial ownership.
Meeting the minimum is not an offer. We decline applications for reasons we are not obliged to disclose in full.
03What a partnership involves
Raido commits capital to campaigns run against your existing account, carries the media spend and the chargeback exposure, and takes an agreed share of net profit. You keep the account, the customer relationships and the underlying business. We are a service provider to it, not an owner of it.
04Access
You provision a scoped Developer or Analyst role from your own Stripe or Whop dashboard. That role cannot change your payout bank account, cannot initiate transfers to third parties, and cannot close or transfer the account. You may revoke it at any moment from your own dashboard without our cooperation.
05Settlement
Your processor pays out to your bank on your existing schedule. We never sit between you and your processor. Your share of net profit is settled every 7 days by ACH, SEPA, domestic wire or stablecoin, with no minimum balance, no withdrawal fee and no holdback.
06What we ask of you
That the information in your application is true; that the account is yours to grant access to; that you continue to comply with your processor’s terms; and that you do not ask us to operate outside them. Requests involving prohibited categories, misrepresented descriptors or workaround processing end the conversation.
07Ending it
The standard agreement runs ninety days and continues month to month by mutual consent. Either side may end it without cause. Revenue already processed is reconciled and settled on the next 7-day distribution. There is no exclusivity over your other business and no penalty for declining renewal.
08No guarantee of results
Figures shown on this site are illustrative of the partnership structure. Partner outcomes we reference are self-reported. Nothing on this site is a projection, a guarantee, or an offer of future results, and past performance of any partner does not indicate what yours would be.
09Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Raido Connect LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The courts of Miami-Dade County have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved between us first.
