01Purpose and scope
This framework describes how Raido Connect LLC conducts revenue-share arrangements and co-managed commercial relationships. It applies to every partnership we sign and is referenced by the partnership agreement itself.
02Structural independence
The partner owns the business, the processing account and the customer relationships throughout. Raido acts as a service provider to that business. No partnership transfers equity, grants us a security interest, or gives us authority to bind the partner to a third party.
03Operational controls
Access is role-based and provisioned by the partner from their own dashboard. We do not accept administrator credentials, ownership transfers, or unrestricted API keys. Where an integration requires a Developer role, it is scoped to restricted keys covering only the endpoints named in the agreement.
Every action taken under a role we hold is written to the partner’s own audit log, visible to them without asking us for it.
04Financial transparency
Revenue is reconciled against the partner’s own processor statements, line by line. Raido does not commingle partner funds with its own, does not hold client money, and does not act as a bank, money transmitter or payment processor. Settlement of the partner’s share runs every 7 days on the rails agreed at signing.
05Compliance and risk
Every applicant is verified for beneficial ownership and processing history before a partnership is offered. We reserve the right to suspend or end a partnership where a processor opens an investigation, where dispute rates breach the threshold in the agreement, or where we are given information that proves untrue.
06Dispute resolution
A disagreement is first raised with the partnership lead named in the agreement and answered in writing within ten business days. Anything unresolved escalates to the signatories on both sides before either party turns to a court. Florida law governs.
