Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and the credentials we will never ask you for.

01Who this covers

This policy applies to raidoconnect.com and to anyone who submits an application to us or enters a revenue-share partnership with Raido Connect LLC. It describes what we hold, why we hold it, and what we will never ask you for.

02What we collect

From an application: your name, business name, work email, telephone number, website or store URL, monthly processing volume band, whether you run on Stripe, Whop or both, and anything you choose to write in the free-text field.

Automatically, when you visit: your IP address, the approximate city and country your network resolves to, your device type, the page you arrived from, campaign tags in the link (such as UTM source and campaign), and which parts of the site you viewed. This powers the live view and aggregate traffic-source reporting on our own review desk.

During a partnership: reporting drawn from the scoped role you grant us, plus settlement records for the revenue share itself.

03What we never receive

We do not ask for and cannot accept your Stripe or Whop password, a recovery code, a two-factor token, a full-access API key, or your banking credentials. No part of this site asks for them, and no member of our team will ever request them by email or by telephone.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Raido Connect and asks for a credential, it is not us. Forward it to support@raidoconnect.com.

04Why we hold it

To assess an application against our underwriting criteria; to operate and reconcile a partnership once it is signed; to meet our own record-keeping obligations; and to detect abuse of the application form. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

05Who else sees it

Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting and delivery, and our email provider for correspondence. Payment processors we integrate with — Stripe and Whop — hold their own relationship with you under their own policies; we do not pass them anything they did not already have. We disclose data to a regulator or court only where we are legally required to.

06How long we keep it

A declined application is retained for twelve months so we can recognise a resubmission and explain a prior decision. An accepted application and its partnership records are kept for seven years after the agreement ends, which is the period our accounting and tax obligations require. Live-visitor records expire automatically after ninety seconds. Anonymous first-touch attribution records are retained for up to thirteen months so we can compare traffic sources and application conversion; they contain no name, email address, or advertising identifier.

07Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@raidoconnect.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

08Cookies

We set one cookie, and only for our own staff: a session cookie on the review console so a signed-in reviewer stays signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and expires after eight hours. Visitors to the public site are not given a cookie and are not tracked across other websites. A random identifier held in the tab's session storage connects a visit to an application from that same tab and disappears when the tab session ends.

09Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active partner, tell them directly.
